Wigged Out encourages individuals with medically related hair loss to apply for financial assistance to purchase wigs, halos, hair accessories, etc. by completing the application below. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are reviewed weekly. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for a response. Apply below.

How it works

Apply

Complete the online application form, found here. The Wigged Out team will then review the application and respond within 7-10 business days.

Approval

As soon as we are able to determine if you qualify, the applicant will be contacted at the phone or email address provided with information including budget and next steps.

Shop

Once approved, Wigged Out will pay the wig boutique the approved amount directly. If you’ve requested a refund for a previously purchased wig, details on obtaining the refund will be included in your approval information.
